At Calagrana we offer you the opportunity to take one of our popular cookery courses.
Our intimate courses will provide you with a good understanding of Umbrian cuisine. Chef Alberto will guide you through all the stages required to create a three course meal which, once prepared and cooked, you and your class mates will sit down in the restaurant and enjoy, discussing the day with a glass of wine or two. You will be provided with a copy of the recipes and notes from the day in the kitchen.
The skills you learn will enable you to take home the warm flavours of Umbria, giving you the confidence to re-create them in your own kitchen. During the day you will be shown how to make fresh pasta and will find that using three basic ingredients, elbow grease and a little time, shop bought pasta will be a thing of the past.

L’agriturismo Calagrana organizza su prenotazione corsi mirati a conferire ai partecipanti una buona conoscenza delle basi di cucina. Durante i corsi gli ospiti parteciperanno attivamente alla preparazione dei piatti ed apprenderanno le tecniche di cucina Basilari la riusciuta di molti piatti. Il menu preparato sarà accompagnato da un vino adeguato. Il pranzo, ovviamente, è incluso nel costo del corso.
